If you have just placed your order and your shipping information is entered incorrectly, has a unit number or apartment number missing, or is going to the wrong location please email us at customerservice.ca@dermalogica.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to update your shipping information, but please note that orders that have been designated with an existing tracking number unfortunately cannot be changed.
However, once your order has shipped out and Canada Post provides you with an update on your tracking information, please feel free to reach out to Canada Post to redirect your package to your alternative address.
