Any orders with an error in the delivery address or that have exceeded the holding period at a designated pick-up location are redirected back to our warehouse. As our return process is automated, we are unfortunately unable to reship packages that are sent back to us.
Please feel free to replace your order again at your convenience.
Once your package has been received and processed at our distribution centre, our Finance Team will reach out to you via email to confirm your refund. Please note that after receiving confirmation from our Finance Team that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your financial institution to authorize the return to your credit card.
Please also note that due to COVID 19 work restrictions we are operating with a smaller team at our distribution centre and our Finance Team is experiencing a high volume of returns, requests and inquiries. You may experience a delay with processing and issuing your return/refund.
