To process a return, please visit our returns portal.
Once we have created a Return Merchandise Authorization for you, you will receive a prepaid waybill to ship back the product(s). This will be sent to the email you used to place your order. Please put the product(s) in a shippable box, we suggest using the box your order arrived in and take the package including the prepaid waybill to Canada Post.
Once your package has been received and processed at our distribution centre, our Finance Team will reach out to you via email to confirm your refund. Please note that after receiving confirmation from our Finance Team that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your financial institution to authorize the return to your credit card.
