Before completing your order, please insure to complete the following steps first:
- Clear your History, Cookies, and Cache from your internet browser to clear your computer/mobile device from temporary internet files.
- Next, you may add your desired Dermalogica products, samples, or free promotions to your shopping cart
- Once you have reached the Checkout page, enter the Shipping Address where you desire your package to be delivered
- Next, enter your Billing Address + credit card information. At this time, we are not able to process Debit transactions on our website. Your billing address must match the address associated to your credit card company. If there is a discrepancy between the information typed in online and your credit card, your order will not be processed and the checkout page will refresh for you to review the information again.
Please note that any failed attempts to checkout may appear as a pending transaction and can take up to 2-5 business days to clear from your credit card. If there are any discrepancies, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.
